Our guarantee is simple. If you're not satisfied with any item, for any reason, simply return it prepaid within 30 days for exchange or refund (except made-to-order items and some special order items). Refunds will be in full, less our shipping cost.

Most rugs are shipped by United Parcel Service (or Federal Express). Large sizes are shipped by truck. Free shipping when you order online.
Shipping charges for Padding, Stair Rods, and Capture Products are included in the price.
